30 Day Guarantee
When you sign up with us you have thirty days to try your hosting out with us. If you are not 100% satisfied, you are able to cancel you web hosting and get a full refund!
If you decide to cancel your account in the 30 day guarantee, we will honour it no matter what the reason.
Uptime Guarantee
Uptime could lose you visitors, and so money or sales. At Big Wow we realise this, and so guarantee you that your website will be up 99.9% of the time. If it's not, we aren't providing the service you have paid for, so you get that month free!
Response Time Guarantee
If you email us, and we don't reply within five hours, you get one month's free hosting! It's as simple as that!
